San Diego County residents: One link you need to put in your favorites.
I’m going to have to put $40 in the gas tank tomorrow, and I’m not happy about it. For all you San Diego commuters, you must be furious that gas prices keep going up and up and UP AND UP…
(Actually if you’re anywhere in the country, you should also be furious, but this info is only for SoCal-ers. Sorry about that.)
This link will tell you what the cheapest gas prices in the county are.
House of the Rising Slytherin
So I might have skewed this test’s results, but what better way to get the very result I wanted:
SLYTHERIN!
You scored 72% Slytherin, 16% Ravenclaw, 28% Gryffindor, and 32% Hufflepuff!
“Or perhaps in Slytherin
You’ll make your real friends,
These cunning folk use any means
To achieve their ends.”
Slytherins are known for their ambition, guile, and Machiavellian sensiblities.
What I have to say:
Yeah, yeah, whatever. You see this is what happens when the politics at Hogwarts are celebrated in lore with a Gryiffindor point of view. The reality is that the students of the Gryffindor house are devious overachievers who always get themselves in trouble and point the finger at the Slytherin house for their problems.
We in Slytherin will go on to support the very foundation of economics of our society because they understand competition and will create businesses and jobs where the other houses’ alumni will work. We are fiercely independant and will say what’s on our mind and argue our point to the end. Especially from the Gryffindor, they call us close-minded, when it is in fact them who are close-minded. The other houses encourage conformity, thinking and acting the same way, while we in the Slytherin house encourage free-expression.
So those of you in the other houses, especially you arrogant ones in Gryffindor, don’t bother to complain about me just being another Slytherin villian-in-waiting. We heard it all before, you’re all wrong, it’s boring, and we don’t care what you think.
ALL IN GOOD FUN.
Don’t Panic.

Dream – one for George Noory?
Ghosts scare me. At least in my dreams. In the daytime, my skepticism quells any fear of the paranormal, but in my sleeping state, I am susceptible to willies. This one woke me up out of a sound sleep.
At a friend’s house, and I think Jeff was among the guests, I pick up a science fiction magazine. Reading, I come across a page on conspiracies. Reportedly, a psychic had determined that a ghostly fleet of dead Peruvian fighter pilots attacked the World Trade Center on 9-11 in phantom jets. Three and a half years later, this is the first dream of mine to reference 9-11. That’s strange in itself.
According to this article, the spiritual attack on the building caused weaknesses in the overall structure, contributing to the building collapses in the actual terrorist attacks.
As soon as I understood this conclusion, a ghastly presence overwhelmed me and put a vice grip on my left armpit. This was actual pain I was feeling! (Maybe I got a cramp in my arm…) The pain woke me up at 6:49 am. Exactly one minute before the alarm was set to go off.

Philosophy can only get you so far in life, sometimes you have to contemplate the many varied ways of destroying the planet.
